Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

2. Beginning of the Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period generally begins after the contract has been concluded and after you have received the required withdrawal information.

3. Early Start of Service

Campaign services are often started shortly after purchase. If you expressly request that WeScaleMusic begins providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and you confirm that you understand the legal consequences, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed.

4. Partial Performance

If you withdraw after expressly requesting that the service starts before the end of the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for the proportion of services already provided, where permitted by law.
